This run was one week before the day of the Brighton Marathon, and I made the special effort to drive to Christ's Hospital because the weather had been terrible. It rained pretty much throughout this run, but then I quite like running in the run.

This run went fairly smoothly, the only point of note being the minute where I stopped and stretched my knee. At this point it didn't hurt often, but on this day something clearly wasn't quite right. Afterwards the pace was fairly similar to before, so either stretching did the job or I just decided to run through it.
