This was supposed to be the week I tapered for the Marathon, so the only run was with my work running group. As such I abscond from any responsibility for the numbers below, it was my first time out with them so I wasn't pace setting and didn't know where I was going. We had breaks while we waited for the partner to catch up, and generally just chatted our way round.
Considering I found it very difficult to control my pace at this point in my training this was probably the best thing for me.

Ground was gently undulating with a couple of hills to make things interesting, nothing of particular note or challenge. Perfect prep for the Sunday.
