11/08/13- Team Run Post-mortem

11/08/13- Distance: 8.20mi, Time: 1:26:46, Pace: 10'36"/mi, Goal: 6.2 Miles (10k) DENCH! (Team Wedge, team run)


This was our first team runner this year and first ever in our sick team colors. Id smashed 6.2 miles the previous week at a lower pace but managed to keep to the faster, gangster pace. Nicks unbelievable pace setting tekkers got us going. Despite Tom lamping himself in the face, you dont wanna get frimponged! All was good and eeeeeeeaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssyyyyyyy, 


On finishing i continued to run another DENCH 1.5 miles
